Well, Buffy is over ...

It was a nice episode (albeit short - couldn't UPN afford a two hour ending?) that i wish the last two seasons could have been more like. You can see the effect of Josh Whedon's on hands effect upon the show...

And the only "major" death of the show was handled a little too quickly.

It was a good run... Now let's make Angel the best show of 2003-4...

I didn't go back to McD's... Why bother...

Today they are starting heavy enforcement of the "Click It or Ticket" laws here in Georgia. How do I know? Well, the 50,000 commercials we are paying for to remind us. Do I even need to go into the tirade about how insane the argument is for this law? I mean, it's to lower insurance costs. It has nothing to do with the sanctity of life, no to protect us from someone else, which laws are supposed to be about, but so that if you hit someone... Arrrrrrrgh! I am not finishing this sentence! It makes me too irrate.

Maybe I'll move to some country with fewer stupid laws, but usually the simpler the society, the more extreme the laws. Oh well...

Let's see... I go to McDonalds... I order 2 Big n' Tasty's and 2 Pies... The burgers are $1 each and pies, 2 for $1. I get charged $6 and change. She thought I wanted 2 Big Macs. I said "no, two pies". I point to the pie warner and to the Dollar Menu... I get my order, and get home. I get 2 Big n' Tastys and 4 hamburger patties...

I'm saving the patties and going back to McDonalds. I want something free. Else I'll be a pain in the ass...

Television Notes:

Buffy The Vampire Slayer - The plot's kinda cool, but the characterization that has made this show what it is, is completely gone. I think it was taken off the air, one year too late.

24 - Thsi show needs to be renamed "Locking People In Rooms And People Dying Dramatically Because They Have A Prime Secret"

Pardon the Interruption (ESPN) - This is becoming my favorite show on television. Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon are the best duo on TV since the first season of Moonlighting.

Firefly - SOMEONE BRING THIS SHOW BACK!

West Wing - I am going to miss Aaron Sorkin next year. Especially to see the Donna/Josh love affair... It is the most realistic relationship I have seen on TV in years...
